Thank you for shopping with Fourera’s Natural Beauty LLC. We take great pride in the quality and purity of our natural products. Because our products are handcrafted and intended for personal care, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, and haircare products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference (such as scent or texture), or accidental orders once the product has been shipped.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We only accept returns or provide replacements for items that arrive in the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product is defective or tampered with.

  • You received the wrong item (different from what was ordered).

Reporting Window: You must notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (as recorded by the carrier) to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed beauty and personal care products.

  • Clearance, “Final Sale,” or promotional items.

  • Digital gift cards.

4. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@fourerasbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line.

  3. Attach clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping packaging.

  4. Provide a brief description of the issue.

Once we receive and inspect your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Shipping Issues & Responsibility

Fourera’s Natural Beauty LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.).

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but are lost or stolen.

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping process. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
