Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We accept returns or issue replacements only under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged product

• You received a defective product

• You received the wrong item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used beauty, skincare, haircare, or wellness products

• Personal care items

• Clearance or sale items

• Digital products, books, or courses

Once an item has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@fourerasbeauty.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

• A brief description of the issue

After review, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal or Stripe).
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, a replacement product may be issued instead of a refund.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

• Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
