Thank you for shopping with Fourera’s Natural Beauty LLC. We are committed to delivering our high-quality, natural beauty products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United States only (including Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays).

  • You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to high volume or unexpected circumstances.

3. Shipping Carriers & Methods

We primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our main shipping carrier. Depending on order size and destination, we may also use UPS or FedEx.

  • PO Boxes: Since we use USPS, we are happy to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Standard Delivery: Typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has been handed over to the carrier.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined by the weight of the items, the shipping method, and the destination zip code.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.

6. Address Accuracy & Redirects

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Fourera’s Natural Beauty LLC is not responsible for non-delivery or lost packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Any costs associated with re-shipping a returned package due to an address error will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Delivered Status: We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier but are reported as lost or stolen from the delivery site. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

  • Damaged Items: If your products arrive damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately at contact@fourerasbeauty.com with photos so we can assist you in filing a carrier claim.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, Fourera’s Natural Beauty LLC is not liable for delays caused by carrier backlogs, extreme weather, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information.
